The fastest decision making
Best Capital understand very well that time is money.
If clients provide minimum and appropriate documents, Best Capital will decide whether it will approve the loan or not almost instantly.
Interest rates and fees
Best Capital interest rates are sensitive to the degree of risk and lending term. Repayment options are flexible and we usually do not charge any early repayment penalties once you notice it to us a month earlier.
The only fee we charge to our client is an application fee of 2.0%. Brokerage fees are payable to your brokers. There aren’t any other hidden fees or charges.
The interest or application fee can be capitalized upon clients’ request. In most occasions, Clients pay interest monthly in advance.
Legal costs
You will find legal fees in the letter of offer. For your reference, Best Capital has a business partnership with a law firm, BUDDLE FINDLAY, and most of the contracts and collerteral are set up by the company
Loan Terms
From one months to 12 months.
Loan extension is possible if all conditions are met, and another application fee will be charged.
